JOAN 6 : Touch screen for intuitive interactions

JOAN® is a dynamic display system specially designed to make your company’s collaborative workspaces easier to use. Installed on the door of each meeting room, it informs users of a meeting in progress or of the room’s availability, and lets them make reservations directly on its touchscreen. It also offers a verification function to confirm the organiser’s actual presence at the scheduled time, or to release the room if the organiser is not present. Ghost meetings are a thing of the past.

Fast, easy wireless installation

The JOAN display unit is a digital tablet with an elegant, understated design. It takes only a few minutes to install: no power lines or network cables are needed, thanks to its long-lasting integrated battery. Its screen based on E-Ink® technology can run for 3 months on a single battery. It connects to the company WiFi network and interfaces with the leading calendar management tools on the market. A centralised cloud application to connect and manage the display units completes the solution and frees you from all technical constraints.

JOAN 13 : Centralised display on a large screen

The JOAN® Board model presents an overview of all of your company’s meeting rooms on its 13-inch diagonal screen. Users can view details of ongoing meetings, as well as room availability (up to 9 at once). An essential complement to the JOAN 6” tablets, it fits in perfectly at your company’s reception desk or lobby to inform and guide visitors and employees.

The JOAN Board’s display can be customised with your company logo, and can also display a message to welcome visitors or for internal communications.
